Introduction
Uruga is a tribal camp village, and also the third city of Isya. The village itself has most of the average merchants other cities have, including a storage keeper, healer, skill master, blacksmith, and item merchant. The Urugan city is most useful for users between the levels 60 and 89. You can find a variety of traders, gifters, vendors and purchase stores.
