Swamp of Dawn is beyond Burning Rock and not open to the public yet! For a while, there was also a bug that switched out Sand Hill for Swamp of Dawn when referred to in quests. Please note that when you see the name Swamp of Dawn in the game, it is currently Sand Hill, but there will be a real Swamp of Dawn, later.
