Swamp of Dawn is beyond Burning Rock and not open to the public yet! For a while, there was also a bug that switched out Sand Hill for Swamp of Dawn when referred to in quests. Please note that Swamp of Dawn is currently Sand Hill, but there will be a real Swamp of Dawn, later.
