Overview

Tier 1 and Tier 2 Stone production recipes may be purchased from Skill Master Ruby in Roumen or any class master in Elderine.
Tier 3 Stone production recipes can be bought at one of the five class masters in Elderine. (Tier 1 and Tier 2 recipes too)
Tier 4 Stone production recipes are bought with 190((s)) from the Item Merchant in Uruga.
Tier 5 Stone production recipes are rare drops. These are obtained by killing monsters or buying from other players.
Lucky and Blessed Stones cannot be produced using Stone Production.
