Outdated?

The skills are either out of date, or my Fiesta's information panels are bugged. This is what my Fire Bolt [02] (Disregard the empowerment of Damage +50) looks like, compared to the Fire Bolt [02] on these pages:

Mine : [1]

Guide : [2]

There's quite a difference. Can someone verify which ones are accurate?

Accuracy

I mentioned this on the Archer Guides but had no reply yet.. it is the same for all 4 classes though. With the exception of Experience and the number of stones one can have, are the rest of the figures accurate? You can choose your own stats in game changing things such as HP / SP / INT, etc...
