- I think he is trying to refer to the fact that there are level restrictions on Elrue, Lix, Xir, etc. Triumph Talk

After much research and discussion - level of player does NOT seem to influence the outcome. I suggest the wiki simply state that each player look at the odds of enhancement (per the stones page) and realize it is a gamble with MANY factors. The best general statement is the odds of an item breaking increase as the item gets more powerful, enhance with care!
