Suggestion!

And I honestly doubt that posting something in "Talk with the mods" or "Site Suggestions and Feedback" will do much for an entire population, but more on a 1 - 1 basis. How many people said they had a problem like I do... but only after I started this? How many people will continue in the following days? People like to avoid conflict, meaning they're not going to start it, but if someone else started it, they'll sure join.

It is that way of thinking that makes it hard for us. If you don't try and post in there, of course it won't work. Trying = it might work. Not trying = won't work at all.

I want to stress this - we work as individuals. Even sometimes, us mods operate individually. We have our own perspectives. We debate - a lot - in the staff forum. We have so many issues we disagree on. It is not easy for us to come up with a conclusion that will satisfy all mods, let alone all members.

Of course, I accept that things change. That's why we want everyone to speak up to help change FF. There is only so much we can do - we can't exactly "control" you guys. If the mods can't control you guys, G____G can't either. Look at this issue. It's caused a pretty hectic chaos, didn't it? If I could, I would have hoped this whole thread disappear. For all I want, I could just tick this thread and press delete, then tell you all "no this is how we want to run it, go away." I know that many GG members don't like what is happening in this thread. But did we delete it? No, course not. Why? Because GG has nothing to do with what moderators want to do on this forum.

But we are not doing that because we know that you guys don't like us censoring things, and we know that it's not right for us to restrict your freedom of speech.

So yes - we operate individually, GG or not. If I was not in GG, I would personally be modding stuff the same way. Then again - that is something only members can take my word for. And I just hope that you guys will have faith in us. We do try to do our jobs properly. GG or not. Guildies or not. Fiesta-ing or not.
