Explanation:

Attribute	Use	Comment
Mandatory attributes (must be provided)
Lv	Monster Level	Can be found in Monster Index
HP	Monster HP	Can be found in Monster Index
Agg	Monster Aggro	'No' if monster is non-aggressive; the level range for which it is, otherwise. This will be of the form '<XX' where XX is (monster level + 11).
Grade	Grade of monster	The 'Monster' portion is automatically included. Fill in one of: General/Elite/Chief/Hero
Type	Type of monster	Fill in one of: Beast/Summoned Monster/Human/Undead/Elemental Monster/Spirit
Lic	License info	This information can be found in Licenses. 'No License' if there isn't one. Otherwise, this should be of the form 'MAX_LICENSE_LEVEL - KILL_COUNT'. For example, 'Conqueror - 6,781'.
Optional attributes (omit if blank)
Map1	Map in which monster can be found	At least one of these should be filled in.
Map2	Map in which monster can be found	At least one of these should be filled in.
Map3	Map in which monster can be found	At least one of these should be filled in.
Map4	Map in which monster can be found	At least one of these should be filled in.
Map5	Map in which monster can be found	At least one of these should be filled in.
