| Lv | Monster Level | Can be found in Monster Index |
| HP | Monster HP | Can be found in Monster Index |
| Agg | Monster Aggro | 'No' if monster is non-aggressive; the level range for which it is, otherwise. This will be of the form '<XX' where XX is (monster level + 11). |
| Grade | Grade of monster | The 'Monster' portion is automatically included. Fill in one of: General/Elite/Chief/Hero |
| Type | Type of monster | Fill in one of: Beast/Summoned Monster/Human/Undead/Elemental Monster/Spirit |
| Lic | License info | This information can be found in Licenses. 'No License' if there isn't one. Otherwise, this should be of the form 'MAX_LICENSE_LEVEL - KILL_COUNT'. For example, 'Conqueror - 6,781'. |
