Customer Service Represenative
(CSR)
A Customer Service Represenative usually handles all the things related to the Cash shops in all the Outspark- Sponsored games, They handle the releases of new items, The ways to purchase Sparkcash, And most importantly, They are the support when it comes to technical problems with sparkcash, Should you fail to recieve the amount you purchased, Or if you did not recieve any at all, Or perhaps your premium items are failing to show up on your account, You may submit a ticket to Customer Service, And the Customer Service Represenatives will handle everything.
The list of CSR's is small, And only a few are known to the players of Fiesta, Here are the ones that are known.
