But yeah, I get Hrae's point of viewing, seeing as I've pretty much raised children. Sometimes kids do just have to be yelled at, and what not. I don't think its an "equality" issue. Children are not as matured as adults, so no, they are not capable of making mature, right, and rash decisions. Not to mention, a parently is totally responsible for a child, so if the child does something wrong, it reflects on the parent.
It is a parents responsibility to beat these ethics into the childs head, and different methods work for different kids.
But I also think that not every child is going to parent like their parents. Of course they will learn from their parents, but I don't think I will scream as much as my dad does. Or at least as loud x.x
