Yesh.
Elderine lags almost as much as Roumen sometimes. Gotta love the peace and quiet of Uruga.

ignoring the problem wont solve it :/
oh, and please lets clear up something. the problem are not the spammers. thats just some side effect. the problem are the money-selling sites and their gold farming bots. if those were taken care of, the spaming would stop as well.
im personally not giving a dog's ... about spamming when i see items priced in a way only those could buy who got an illegal source of money.
for example, a mate of mine just sold some rare robo earrings (2% crit, 1% aim, 70hp - or something like that) for 250s, iirc. fine for him, he made a good deal, but the example shows smething thats worse then the all day spamming in towns

It will to me when I don't have to hear "Go to www.gimmeyourmoneysoyoucangetgold.com. Cheap gold! Free levels! Plenty of Engrish!". Okay, so its not that. Its slightly more annoying and less comical but you get the idea. I don't care if they have farming bots or if people purchase their stupid money. Let them. As long as I don't have to listen to them, i'm happy.

The bots won't be gone unless the GMs do something about it. Just do something like a vote to see if it's fair if they do something like raise the level limit to talk in general to 3. Whatever majority wins, they implement it. They should also do something about the people who use bots to train their characters while KSing other people who play normally. It's really.. really annoying having to try to train while a bunch of people who may or may not be bots themselves KS you over and over while you're trying to play. For example, the training bots in Vine Tomb with a party of 6 are something like that. They should figure out a way to block programs which train a person's character while they're away.

IP ban all Chinese IP's.
Yes, I am aware that I am being borderline racist, doubtlessly controversial. But it's the simple truth: 90% of gold farming sites are based in China. A few of them aren't bots, but are actual players who don't speak a single English word, and sit around all day farming "legitimately," if you will. I have seen them in person. Also, they have Shine Online. It may not be as good as Fiesta, but it is certainly a version of it, and is definitely more complete.
A large majority of the high level players don't really talk in game. When they do talk, it's in 中文, or what looks like random streams of gibberish for a large portion of Fiesta players. Some are courteous, some are not. And then there are the select few that seem to swing between courteous and not courteous by leaving your monsters alone for a few minutes, then suddenly pounding away and ksing for the next two hours.
A solution will never be flawless. A portion of the gaming community will be pissed at me for suggesting it, but is a solution, is it not? We will also lose a large portion of rares and those legit, honest players that retain English abilities.
Flame away if you choose.

I am saying that the majority of gold farming sites are Chinese in origin. I have personally seen them myself, and to be honest, it's a lot of work on the GM and PR department to go through each account and check for legitimacy.

True, there is no problem.

Ah, but I am very fluent in Chinese, as well as well-versed in Chinese culture.

I am stating that for many players, it looks like AE@@#$@^AE or something.
