You will not be able to get a new hair colorstyle without a premium item, no there are not new things in character creation.

So.. Basically you mean CB1 & 2 hairstyle with defaults colors ?

And the rest is premium?

I had heard mention before of INT being modified to output more damage, I asked a GM about it, at least if that was something being looked at. He said it was.. but who knows.

That's something i hope get changed, a good incentive to not going for a full SPR build this time around.
