More character custimization (hair styles colors all that fancy crap)
Cell shading graphics
More cash shop items
More places open (not much left unlocked though)
Possible but UNLIKELY skin color change of darkelves (mages) to blue.

Yeah I agree. More hairstyles and colors would be great. We all looked too much alike in the CB. There might be exp boosts to help Fiesta get a good start. They've done that in some of the other games I played. I think it was Flyff that gave out exp scrolls for new servers and such.

You will not be able to get a new hair color\style without a premium item, no there are not new things in character creation.
