Forgive me if I misread, but Falco, it looks like you're saying its ok if he knew it was stolen and resold it with that knowledge to make money? Just because you knew someone well doesn't mean they should get a lesser punishment.
Yeah, it is partly KaTaNa's fault for trusting some random person, but you can't seriously believe that Link, who knew he was selling a stolen weapon, doesn't deserve a ban.
I don't think what you did deserved a perma-ban. Not even close. But Link, he deserves every bit of it.

And if someone didn't know, then yes it should be ok.
I have friends that have something, and they'll come up to me, and hand it to me, or I'll just give all my T3 Illness/Poison resist pots to my guildies randomly...
if someone handed me something randomly, and told me they didn't want it and I can sell it... I'd sell it. If they told me it was scammed/stolen...
accomplice to the crime.

Which now brings up another issue. What does Link have to say =x Since I dont think we can find out fully whats going on unless we hear two sides of the story.
Also Katana said it was traded... correct... but was there any other certain exchange in between?
In all we are pointing out our point of view, however, we don't know exactly what went down in my opinion. All depends on link story or his attitude toward but seeing how he hasnt seen this thread then maybe he did make his mistake.
