lol...just lol...lol @ the OP for getting someone banned for a scam and lol @ Outspark for banning the person. If you let yourself get scammed you should examine yourself for:
1: )Trusting random people.
2: )Getting in a rush and not paying attention to the shop/trade. I dont know how many times I've done dumb stuff because I got trigger happy and tried to take advantage of cheap prices.

Outspark is rapidly losing customers because they don't know how to manage a mmorpg. You dont solve every problem with a freaking permaban you give warnings and such to fix situations. By Permabanning every minor offender you just slowly make the community dislike you. I'm actually beginning to think Outspark is out to make money for the competition and not themselves.
