I think falco is just unlucky to be the 1st to be "executed"... I guess it also acts as a warning to all... (Chinese Proverb: To kill one and warn thousand others)
But yeah... surely there's another side to that... some ppl are good at stepping on the lines and not cross it.. seems like Falco and Uchiha crossed the line....

Maybe it's because my parents raised me this way or my school did a good job on teaching me about equality, but I just can't seem to understand why you would need a second chance after racially harrasing another person. Want a second chance? Make a new character and be good.
Some of you are comparing this to a death sentance. That's not a good comparison since you're not really dying. We're just barring you from our service for breaking our ToS and making ignorant remarks. By allowing you to stay would mean we accept your excessively rude comments.
