This is why I tell people to WATCH WHAT THEY SAY. It doesn't matter who started it, and how much they said. The GMs will take action on what they see. They didn't see screenies on the other party, so they didn't get banned, they saw Falcos... so he got banned.

I'll also add, I have nothing against Falco, he was always nice to me, but yeah... the majority of us are 13 and older, an old enough age to have self control, and know what and what not to say. I'm upset that hes gone, but unfortunately from the minute he threw an insult, he had it coming.

And I agree, GMs seemed to only see one side of the story. In the screenshots I saw before the thread was deleted, the poster wasn't saying anything from the screenshots ... I think Falcomist should have at least a turn to post HIS screenshots and proof if he had any. Fair trial or something? o-o

I don't really know if it would be fair or not ... Being racist is definately not fair, and really there's not much to proove that you were fair in saying it. But perma banned for something that the GMs only understand half of? I don't know. GMs will never know what the players know, that's all I can say~

I saw no flaming or bait.. Like angellic and lilian said, a fact is a fact. You can't show somebody a peacock and tell them its a bumblebee just to protect their ears.


This forum is about an MMO, an MMO is 90% people you will interact with. So naturally, people will have opinions of each other, but what I saw being said wasn't flames, or even bait, just a person's opinion of things that had happened.

If the particular person doesn't want people to talk about things like that, then they shouldn't do them to people in the first place.

there are so many children in this game who think that they can abuse people because they're bored or annoyed. the level of unacceptable and inappropriate conversation is deeply frustrating and annoying even when you're not involved.

he defended his girlfriend? well its a good lesson, if he behaves like that in the real world hell get into real trouble, and so he should. (although i agree perma ban is a little heavy handed)

Falco said he didn't take screenshots. So.. again, it was his loss in the end. Its not that they're trying to spite you, but they have to practice a solid policy that may seem tough, but the easiest way to make sure those who need to be punished get what they deserve.

I'm sure if he had the screenies, he could make another account, show them to a GM, and maybe they would do something about it. Probably not since he did throw out the insults,(cheesy sayings: two wrongs dont make a right, If you don't have anything nice to say anything at all, etc) which he could have opted not to. With screenies, all they could do was ban the other party too. The problem with this situation is that if they did give Falco a chance, they'd have to go by he-said-she-saids, there is no proof that other party threw out insults. If they give one person a chance on he-said-she-saids, they have to give everyone that chance, and there are people who would abuse that, lie, and twist the story. It could be like a little kid argument. Sometimes kids will stretch the truth to soften their own punishment, or even turn it onto someone else. Sorry I stole the candy but he got it down from the shelf for me! Doesn't change the fact that you did it.

I will not post my opinion of this because really reading from all of these Im kinda either crying inside that ppl are supporting me or the fact that ppl are relating some of these issues to real life or themselves. But hey these are all opinions and like I said ill keep in contact I suppose. This is my first offence and my only one if i get unban. Uchi Itachi accnt has been banned and deleted in the game. Mine has not yet been deleted.

Also Yosei nothing to u but plz stop comparing my actions to what u would do. Cause really everyone is different and this is the first time I cracked when I just wanted to defend my friends. MY FRIENDS come before anything and yes I went over the border line. I am responsible for my mistakes and I know I breached those terms. In all I wont flaming or anything just yet until this is handled maturely by the GM's. Thank you all that have been supporting me.

Also if they banned my accnt. I've been offered free plvls from about every single high lvl person i know. However, I dont intend to come back unless other wise. Though Im thinking of everyones feelings in game, I dont see why I should come back to an account I didnt spend my time in.

I helped the community on lvling, on having fun, showing videos to see what they might expect in the future. Trying to keep this community together and improve it was my greatest goal like Meek I think =P. Of course the action I took didnt help that, my aim is always to meet new ppl, help them, and enjoy the game like I have.

There have been constant emails to GM's, CSR, and Sking on this issue ( maybe 30+ emails) so im sure there tired of getting them xD.

Anyways Everyone im letting this issue play out. Post ur opinion and what not. Im am not racist to any nationality whatsoever. The SS only shows half of the story and me trash talking but nothing more. But hey it depend on how ppl interpret it. If people are saying things in spanish to me like Stupido or possibly other words * no SS so no proof sorry believe it or not * do you find it fair they dont get punishment the same as others?
