This just happened to one of my characters last night during the Angels/Demons event in Elderine.
Now everytime I try to log in with that character, she's stuck in the sky, too. XD
Unfortunately, that character has no return scrolls on her and at someone's suggestion, I tried jumping (but everytime I do, I just get stuck in that position).
I'm going to try enabling my mover the next time I log on (later today) to see if it helps, but if not, any other suggestions are welcome!
