would be great if some1 added WHICH npc actually sells the particular skills.. because i can't seem to find Power or Shield scroll production skills anywhere at all (checked up until elderine so far)...
That's because scrolls aren't sold by NPCs. The "NPC prize" refers to how much money you get by selling them to NPC's.

Power Scroll has changed to Aim Scroll this needs to be corrected.
Need Tier 5 Scroll images
I've not seen any tier 5 scroll images to capture/upload yet. If someone else could get them, upload them, reference them, that'd be great. Otherwise I will do so as soon as I see some
