/s to shout.
/w (name) to whisper. Most of the time if you're already in a current conversation, the name will be there automatically after you've typed /w.

FAQs asked by new players
I see these questions a lot. And I mean A LOT in Roumen, so I hope this helps anyone who is wondering this or has asked this but never got an answer.
Q: How do I get money/copper?
A: Since monsters don't drop money you have to sell the drops by either going to an NPC and selling it to them or, sell them in your vendor (press b and then click 'sell' to get it started). Or of course, questing gives you money.
Q: How do I sell stuff to NPCs?
A: Right click the item will sell them one by one. Ctrl+right click it and it'll sell as a whole. But you usually want to sell or let other players buy from you even though it will take longer, but you will make more money.
Q: How do I get into Kingdom Quests?
A: Bring up the Kingdom Quest menu, located on your map. The next earliest is at the last Kingdom Quest. There is a time there, Kingdom Quests are odd hours, i.e. 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, etc. When they message on your screen tells you the kingdom quest begins, you click the participate button.
The best way to get in is to use shift+z to make a lot less lag. Then wait for the message screen to say "Recruitment for ......", you do not wait for all three messages to come out, you click on participate as soon as possible after the first message appears. And you begin, GOOD LUCK!

Q: How do I get that apprentice _____ next to my name?
A: This is called a title, and you can attain it by reaching level 10. After you are level 10, press c and click "change" on the right top corner. This is your title list. You can have a lot more than just one or two. Check here for the list of titles and info on them (incomplete).
Q: What is fame for?
A: For alchemy stones and higher level recipes (and skills, but I believe you can get it in a quest), found in Elderine.
Q: How do I get that wooden horse?
A: Go to Item Merchant Pey down by the stairs in Roumen, and she'll have a wooden horse available for 500c. :)
You also need floating stones gotten from the same person, and the Ride Skill from Ruby to even use the wooden horse.
- In general terms, it's called a "mover." There is more than just a wooden horse, but they won't be out until later, like say when the Fiesta Store opens.
Q: How do I buy things from other players?
A: You use the vendor button, 'B' and choose to buy. Once the box opens up you put the item you want to buy in one of the boxes and put in how many of it you want and how much you are paying. Make sure to leave it where there are a lot of people who have that item(s) go by there. Also, make sure you have at least one of the item(s) you want to buy.
Q: How do I get the "Mover Skill"?
A: Go to Skill Master Ruby and click on the alchemy tab.
Q: How do I get tier 2 production scrolls?
A: If you haven't noticed, they do not sell tier 2 production scrolls. But they do exist in Fiesta. Though it is very, very rare. Only one known mob has known to drop it and that is the Piggy Bat. Good luck! They say only about maybe 2 or 3 people have the production skill.
Q: How to get skills?
A: Go talk to Skill Master in town, for Roumen its Skill Master Ruby. You need the required level to use the skills. You also have to buy those skills. Once you buy it, right click the purple scroll in your iventory to learn the skills.
Q: How to use skill points?
A: Once you click on the skill empowerment box, you will see 4 different icons. The first one with a fire sword picture is to increase skill power/damage. The second one with a blue orb icon is to decrease SP comsuption when using a skill. The third icon is to increase buff time, this empowerment is only used on buff skills. The last icon is to decrease cooltime, this will come in handy.
Q: How to empower skills?
A: You will have to click and drag a skill icon to the empty box. There are arrows up and down, you have to click the up and down arrows to empower or unempower. You can empower a particular skill to a max of 5 points per type of empowerment.
Q: I cant seem to empower certain skills, why is that so?
A: You must have click on some wrong empowerments. Which means that for a buff skill, you cannot empower damage power. And most of all you totally cannot empower Passive skills. The same goes for any Active Damage skills you cannot empower buff time.
Note that Certain Active Damage skills can have empowered buff time, such as a fighters Concussive Charge, which will result in a longer stun duration. Also, you may not spend more then 5 points in any single aspect of a skill. You may however, spend 5 points in cooldown and another 5 points in SP reduction, for instance, but not 6 points in cooldown.-NotMyWay
Q: How do I leave a party?
A: At the top left hand side of the screen you see your character's face. Right click it and leave party.
Q: How do I change a loot to be sequancial instead of free allocation?
A: All you have to do is to right click your character's face and change free allocation to sequancial allocation. In this case everyone gets a turn to loot the item.
Q: Is Fiesta fun?
A: I have totally no say in this, this is base on your own judgement of the game.
Q: What is a "GM"?
A: It stands for game master. The GM controls and maintain the server's status whether good or bad.
Q: How to become a GM?
A: You have to appeal for the job at the main website of the game. If you're lucky and sincere, you might have GM as a job!!
Q: Does GM have infinite money?
A: I don't know.
Q: Whats the highest amount of money in Teva in GnG?
A: Well no one reached 1 gold yet in Teva GnG.
Q: Whats the highest amount of money in Outspark?
A: Someone seen a guy with a Filthy Rich title. To get Filthy Rich you need to have 1 gem, therefore I think the highest is 1 gem+
Q: What is a Fiesta Mini-Game?
A: I am not sure, it have not come out in Fiesta yet
Q: How to change my house outlook?
A: First of all you have to buy the house outlook and press [H] to change the house outlook.
Q: What is PVP?
A: It stands for Player Versus Player, you can battle with other players.
Q: What is a title?
A: A title is put in front of your name, its for fun. You can change titles by pressing [C] and press change title.
Q: Must a cleric pump int? Must a archer pump full dex? Must a warrior pump full str?
A: I must say this is not Maplestory or other MMORPG games. In this game clerics do not pump Int. Archers and others have their own build. Press [C] and click Free Stats to see what each stat means.
Q: Why some monsters have different name color?
A: They are ranged from Easiest<---[White~Green~Yellow~Orange~Red]--->Hardest. So you should know which monsters to fight and which to bully.
Q: What is a treasure chest? What is inside?
A: A treasure chest is a bonus box in the game, You can find abosluty ANYTHING in the chest. Pets are easy to find in these chest. Moreover treasure chest can be ANYWHERE accept Kingdom Quest and Town Maps

Cash Shop Items
Movers
- The Hobby/Horse is a good pet to have, it's 15% faster than walking.
- The Scarab is an extremely large bug that flies while set on running mode. Speed is unknown at the moment.
- The Raccoon is faster than Red Donkey.
Armor
- Red Menian top is a 3 part set. it looks cool but has ok stats
- Tuxedo/Dress(need confromation)has a 5% bonus to criticals. It's a 1 piece outfit
The Brown Tuxedo does provie 25% critical bonus, which means if you had a previous critical rate of 6%, your new total critical rate becomes 31%. I had one before the reset. The dress is the same. (from Jerath)
Other
- Pumpkin House heals EXTREMELY fast and has bonus slots for buying/selling
- Old Bag adds another inventory set for extra storage.
- HP/SP extenders come in sets of 20 and last for 2 hours.
- Mini Boogy adds +2 to all stats.
- Mini Wolf adds +4 to all stats.
- Mini Devil adds +5 to all stats.
