would be great if some1 added WHICH npc actually sells the particular skills.. because i can't seem to find Power or Shield scroll production skills anywhere at all (checked up until elderine so far)...
That's because scrolls aren't sold by NPCs. The "NPC prize" refers to how much money you get by selling them to NPC's.

Power Scroll has changed to Aim Scroll this needs to be corrected.
