From Fiesta Wiki

Pets are equipable items that you can put on your shoulder. They give a +1 to +7 to all stats and look cool. You can get them from kingdom quests, events, and the item store.
-They range anywhere from 30s-55s-

Mini Devil Pet

It gives +5 to all stats.

And there is a phino pet from the history of Istory event. But I haven't seen the pet equipped. This year during halloween there was also a Mini Skeleton Dog pet which gave +4 to all stats i am sorry i have no screen shots of it.
