Introduction
Fame is the number listed on your character page. It is gained through means of daily quests and also doing several instances (such as Dragon's Tomb) a day.
Rewards
Once fame has been accumulated, it can then be spent on fame capsules at an NPC called "Fame Merchant Miss Lee". There are three capsules, one costing 10k (10,000) fame, the next 20k fame and the final capsule costing 30k fame. The rewards are randomized but it is generally believed that the higher costing capsules are more likely to yield longer lasting rewards, but generally, players have reported all three capsules to give poor rewards for the time taken to accumulate fame.
A list of rewards can be found here: Fame Capsule Reward List
Former Gameplay
Fame used to be gained through quests and leveling up. It was then commonly spent at Item Merchant Nina for Alchemy Stones and special skills, including tier 3 Production Skills. Alchemy stones can now be purchased with coins and production skills are more easily obtained from Lucky House (T4/T5 Potions and Scrolls).
