+ | Basically all the other layouts put emphasis on the empowerment types, rather than empowerment levels in the original. I believe that HeatBurst is currently implementing Version 4 across the Mage and Archer skills, additionally removing empowered skill values from Base Skill Values. One disadvantage of this is that while it looks clear for skills that only have 1 or 2 levels, when it stretches up to 8 or 10 levels (and possibly more when cap is lifted), it gets hard to read as takes up more vertical space, ie [[Mage_Skills#Ice_Bolt|Ice Bolt]] compared to [[Cleric_Skills#Bash|Bash]]. | ||

Revamp
Anyone mind if I revamp this page, like how I did Fighter Skills and Archer Skills? I'll get around to second class skills as well as saving points to test empowerment some time later.
Updating
Updating the spell empowerments while levelling. However there will be gaps for lower level empowerments for higher level spells as I slowly empower while retaining 5 skill points at most.
P.S.: I like the current layout, but still feels like it can be further improved. At the moment it feels kinda hard to read. Anyone good with editing pages, please do improve the layout if you have the time.
P.P.S: Thinking of classifying skills according to the following categories
- Healing
- Damage Dealing
- Buffs
- Miscellaneous
- Grexx / Avelyn

Personally I find that detaching the original un-empowered skill data isn't a good idea, like as done on the mage and archer skills. However the empowerments themselves (+1,+2..+5) could probably do with seperation + original skill data, similar to mage and archer skills, which is nice and clear. Since most players will not empower every aspect of a particular skill, it will present the data in a way that's easy to read.
I will proceed with categorizing the various skills into subcategories as I had listed earlier.

Comments:
Basically all the other layouts put emphasis on the empowerment types, rather than empowerment levels in the original. I believe that HeatBurst is currently implementing Version 4 across the Mage and Archer skills, additionally removing empowered skill values from Base Skill Values. One disadvantage of this is that while it looks clear for skills that only have 1 or 2 levels, when it stretches up to 8 or 10 levels (and possibly more when cap is lifted), it gets hard to read as takes up more vertical space, ie Ice Bolt compared to Bash.
Personally, I find version 2 to be the simplest to implement and still quite straightforward. If not, version 3 or 3.1 will present it even more clearly, but it will take a bit more work to do up. I'll wait about 2 weeks or so for further replies before I start readjusting the layout. Its actually quite easy implement, just copy and paste the current tables, and delete unwanted data. Beats retyping everything.

- Second use Notepad to assist you as much as possible. One good use of this is to Copy the Skill Category your thinking of doing into Notepad with Word Wrap Turned off. Then Add Tabs into the Top line to make it line up with the columns below it.

Comments on enhancements for Bash
- Average Damage = (Min Dmg + Max Dmg) / 2 * 10
- Average Damage Per Minute assumes continuous use of skill in 1 minute.
- Avg Dmg/Min (+Dmg) = (Avg Dmg + Dmg Boost) * 10
- Avg Dmg/Min (+Cool) = Avg Dmg * 13.333
- Avg Dmg/Min (+Both) = (Avg Dmg + Dmg Boost) * 13.333
- Current calculations include only bash, without consideration for the differences between maces & hammers. Empowering damage results in dealing more damage over time compared to empowering cooldown. Moreover, with reduced cooldown, more mana is spent without an advantage in damage.
- Level 37 cleric approx damage dealt with level 30 hammer: (374+416)/2 = 395
- Level [05] Avg Dmg/Min (+Dmg) + 395*(60/1.3) = 7065 + 18231 = 25296
- Level [05] Avg Dmg/Min (+Cool) + 395*(60/1.3) = 6287 + 18231 = 24518
- Level 37 cleric estimated damage dealt with level 30 mace: 402-67 = 335
- Level [05] Avg Dmg/Min (+Dmg) + 335*(60/1.1) = 7065 + 18273 = 25338
- Level [05] Avg Dmg/Min (+Cool) + 335*(60/1.1) = 6287 + 18273 = 24560
- No points were put into str in the above build example. Assumption is that every hit lands & that bash is used continuously. Actual conditions will vary, ie with mace, 1.1sec*5=5.5sec, you might waste 0.5 sec swing time when you use bash.

Revive and Rejuenate
I noticed earlier that Revive and Rejuvenate now have Immediate Cast, as opposed to their previous 5.0/0.8s casting time, could someone update the page to reflect this? I don't wanna break it by putting the numbers in the wrong place.. If anyone wants to check this to confirm, feel free to do so. --01G 02:59, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
