i'm not trying to *start* rage against Outspark...but from an Enterprise IT perspective, a server farm's maintenance is
usually planned, so Outspark *should* have known about it.
Also...communication goes both ways...If Outspark was planning a major maintenance cycle, they should have informed the server farm so they cuold take extra precautions to remain up during that time.
...meh...it reality I agree 100% with lrva tho
