Thank you for contacting Outspark.com Customer Support!
>
> I believe your issue may be caused by your Operating System. As of now, all Outspark.com games are designed to run on the 32-bit version of Windows XP or Vista and we do not officially support any other Operating System. However, if you are using a 64-bit version of Windows or Windows 2003, then I have a list of steps that may help:
>
> 1. Right click the game icon (Fiesta)
> 2. Select Properties
> 3. Select the Compatibility Tab
> 4. Select Windows 2000
> 5. Click Apply
> 6. Reattempt to run the game with the Outspark Launcher
>
> Another recommendation that I have is to uninstall and reinstall the entire game into the default folder path. Your operating system may be having trouble emulating the game in its native 32-bit platform and can only do so with it properly installed in the default directory. Here is how to reinstall Fiesta:
>
> 1. Click Start
> 2. Go to Settings (If using Class Start Menu)
> 3. Click Control Panel
> 4. Double Click the “Add or Remove Programs†icon
> 5. Scroll down the list until you find “Fiestaâ€
> 6. Click “Change/Removeâ€
>
> Once you have finished uninstalling the game client, you will need to re-download it. I have provided the link below that brings you to the client download page:

Well I'm disappointed with outspark. I'm disappointed with their lack of professionalism when it comes to rolling out software. I'm disappointed with their inability to handle simple solutions (roll back.) I'm disappointed with the fact that even while we still had bugs they had the nerve to try new things. I'm dissappointed that when we had the fighter skill problems they were advertising their cash shop.
I'm disappointed with their lack of intellect when I clearly wrote to them and clearly gave them a picture indicating that XTrap is kicking me for using Windows Compatibility Modes, and look at the response (presumably cretz) gives.
It appears outspark isn't willing to do anything for the group of us that face these problems. It appears they arent even willing to aknowledge that there is a problem with the last paragraph stated.
The last Game Master who had any sense in him was Steam, but he's gone. SKing seems like a nice person, and he may possibly be willing to confront the issue, but aside from that I have little faith this will ever be resolved due to the nature of the email.
This is how outspark treats its customers. They only care about you until they have your money. After that they are no good. At least Electronic Arts keeps the game alive by making sure its players can play. Outspark ranks lower than EA in my books (and EA is as low as you can go.)
It looks like I wont be on for awhile.
And a note to the outspark developers who may or may not be lurking here, you guys arent very proficient at your jobs. Cross compatibility is easy to achieve if you use the right software solutions, and use API's which exist on all versions of windows.
Whats utterly embarassing is that Windows 2003 is a 32-bit operating system. The only thing it has is a better and more stable foundation, removing excess redundancy in the XP operating system to increase its performance. If you cant develop to work on a 32-bit operating system virtually identicle to XP, you fail as a programmer.
Furthermore its not too hard to retool your compiler to compile for an x64 machine, unless you were utterly terrible at coding this game, and never used proper practices for cross compatibility (possibly some fundamental casting mistakes.)
What is even more nerve racking is outspark support had the gull to call the support ticket closed. I've never seen such poor customer service, most other companies keep the support ticket open until a real solution is found, or at least until they hear the words "it worked."
What little faith I have in outsparks ability to handle stuff has gone out the door.
