If you take ''cap'' to mean that you stop receiving benefits from adding points to that statistic, then none of the stats actually "cap."
When people say that stats cap at a given number, they generally mean that that is the point at which one starts to receive reduced benefit from addition to that stat. Take DEX for example. Every time you add a point to DEX, you get +0.2 to your dodge rate and +0.3 to your Aim.
This is true until you add
exactly 33 points to your DEX, at which point it changes. When you add the 34th point you get +0.2 to your dodge, same as before, but
only +0.2 Aim. You continue to receive +0.2 Aim until you add your 68th point from which point on it becomes +0.1. Every point in DEX gives you +0.2 to dodge from 1-50 but 51+ gives only +0.1 dodge.
STR and INT give a consistent +1.2 to your damage, depending on whether the damage you deal is magical or physical. Technically, 1 STR/INT = +1 DMG but it's given as +1.2 DMG as every 5th point added in STR/INT gives 1 extra damage.
END; DEX and SPR are the three stats that have ''caps'' so it is best to acquaint yourself with the mechanics if you are so particularly inclined. Remember that STR and INT are the two that don't have ''caps.''
