I am an axe wielding DD tank of a fighter. I love to tank, but I love to hit with my axe. It makes it a little harder on clerics but we seem to stay alive. I have tanked GGK in MD KQ with Spirit and a few noobs (that was a KQ gone bad) but we cleared it all out with a DD tank of a fighter.

It’s not all fighters its just some fighters don’t understand what they should be doing. My job as a fighter is to take on the mobs head on keeping them off everyone else as long as possible. I am supposed to die trying. The fighter moto should always be “It’s a good day to die”.

If the fighters today do not understand that they should go play Hello Kitty.

I have a DD fighter because I like to solo. Non-squishy with damage is great. IF I'm tanking and we have a mage/archer, I'll bring along a shield and let them do the damage and slip into a more traditional role.

a tanker that doesnt tank shouldnt be a tanker!

Good fighters will learn to pot/stone when they see their lives getting dangerously low. You may argue that it's a cleric's job to heal, but we cant expect u to keep all the aggro off dders, then u shouldnt expect us to be able to heal u 100% of the time.

Sometimes 1 stone can save many lives.
