Question about a Cleric build.

Guys, does a 3:1 STR : END build until 20, then Add +5 END from Job Change, then go 1:1 STR: END sound good to you? It's the build im using on my cleric atm.

Sounds fine, but if you like STR to deal high amounts of damage why not just go full STR? The end result of following the build u mentioned is that u would have 5 more STR than END, which is quite close to just putting 1:1 STR:END from the beginning... although i think full STR is more for soloing... but anyway if u like ur build, then its good for u. If u dont like it, then use a build u like. I dont think theres really such a thing as a "wrong" build (unless ur going full INT or have a ridiculously high amount of DEX.)

edit: of course, its not advisable to go full STR if u mainly support, or full SPR if u mainly solo, but as long as u dont add INT u should be fine.

actually... i think a cleric could benefit from lotsa dex too... at lvl 56, i've been duoing at blue trumpies... and even with a T2 Aim scroll, i still miss fairly often (maybe 1 every 5 hits?)

i ended up having to find dex rings and +Dex armours! which also did the trick.... but our hammer's aim is so poor... dex can be useful... (but i guess not really recommended coz you can benefit more from putting ur free stat to other builds)

Hmm, ok. I am a Solo-er, so I think I'll continue with my 3:1 str : end, and then change to a 2:1 after 20. Thanks.

Im currently using the build 1:2 for STR:END but for now, i stopped adding this build cuz i want to get 25 SPR. My build is called Endurance Build. I think the Supportive build is full SPR.

if you want a full support build in your cleric for the party, 25 SPR then all END.

battle / support cleric build - 25spr, 1:1 for STR and END

I'm a pure END cleric and I don't think its the best support build...pure SPR is a better one. While my dmg is a bit low, soloing isn't exactly a pain. While a party with a mage or archer (archer preferably cause they can return the aggro to me ) is always welcome, it isn't exactly a necessity.
