You should keep track of how many times it goes down every week and post it in a thread. So like name the thread "Teva Down Time." After the week is over put {example} Feb.1-8= 2. So it would mean for that week it went down 2 times. Then you would do the same thing for the next week.

Teva was also the beta and when they geared up Apoline (& subsequently Bijou) they may have gone with a different brand or version on those servers.
