This discussion looks a bit like the "get-the-KQ-in-20min-and-you-get-green-item" discussion. There may be players who claim they always got a green item or succesful enhancements but I didn't got these results when I completed a KQ in 20 min or enhanced in a certain pattern. So it's either that i'm unlucky never getting these things or it's just random... (guess it's the second  )
