Guess it's now SPR. QUESTION: what are all the possible ways to get Skill Points for Empowerment? If quests, list names please.

You only get skill points at every odd level... (level 3, 5, 7, 9 etc...)

there's no quest that givesu Skill points

You can only get them by levelling. Get one every odd level, and that's it.

Does this mean that my SPR needs to be total 25 OR (+25)?

QUESTION: Can I only level STR (or other stats) faster with Stat Points or is there another way to make my Stats go up higher / faster?

stat point only comes with leveling, 1 per lvl .
and yes u need +25 spr.

2:1 SPR:STR

OR

1:1 STR:SPR

Oh boy.. that means it will take me 50 levels to get +25 then 0.0, cause you get 1 Stat Point every odd level!
