Well maturity isnt hard to really define... its just not flaming other members and being respectful overall. After that nothing else really matters... maybe maturity is a bad word for it, but ya know. And I knew that it would make people spam... I've seen it on other forums, its beyond crazy. People spam to get ranks cuz ranks make people freak out.

Not flaming and being respectful is something every member should be doing, though. Shouldn't be something that needs to be rewarded for.
