That's gonna be something that gay/lesbians will have to fight the rights for... in my opinion...
back many decades, women were being descriminated against, and women fought for their rights to be fair, that we can do just as much as men, (or more!) etc.
I think this should happen the same way for homosexuality too! I believe one day.. it will be fair.. we've just gotta educate the society... once ppl get use to the idea they wont be so rigid against them...

As for calm people not voicing their opinions, that isn't true. It's just that calm people voices are drown out by not-so-calm people shouting over them.

Eh yeah I might've... But existentialism and nihilism have some similarities and can get intertwined.
But lets get back on topic... and Triumph, no one can tell you really want Premium User... spamming it up haha.

Californians are more open minded.
Go to somewhere more...traditional, if you will. You will get some very strong opinions about this subject matter, lol.

The problem is, people refuse to get used to that idea. They find it repulsing.

But even in a game I mean... the feature is implemented in the japanese version I believe. So...

It's been a while since I've truly posted, so yes, I'm overdoing it a bit. I've been on CoD4 until my graphics card or computer decided to disable itself.
30 days' worth of posts crammed into one day does make it seem like spam, though.

Bush is Republican, and therefore will try to follow Republican doctrine. Republican doctrine is somewhat based off of Jeffersonian agrarianism, which is based off of traditionalism, as opposed to Hamiltonian commercialism.
Tradition is that marriage = heterosexual marriages only.

Exactly. It takes time. They are fighting for their rights and others are fighting with them and things are changing. Being gay is far far more socially acceptable now than it was even 5 or 10 years ago. Big changes in culture don't happen overnight.
You can look at as it's only a game so it's not a big deal, but that's probably true for those fighting for gay rights too. Same sex partners in import mmos aren't on the top of their list of rights to fight for.

but many men thought the same way about women hving voting rights.. "what would they know!" was wat they were thinking... but the world came around in the end.. (well most parts of the more developed world anyway)
And yeah.. well maybe if the Americans or British have a more opened minded president / Prime Minister who made same-sex marriage a legal thing.. then people wont be able to say "that's wrong" coz its actually legal...
once people realise that gay/lesbian couples are no different from hectrosexual couples, they'll begin to accept it more...
well that's my ideal scenario and its probably gonna take 3-4 decades to go through...
on a slightly off-topic note: i read an article, where this guy donated sperms for a lesbian couple so they can have a kid... and hte lesbian couple are now separated and he was made to bear the financial burden of raising the kid!! now i think that's rediculous... (and he said he only agreed to be a sperm donor if he wont hv any responsibility for the kid)

People are impatient. Therefore, radicals will push for faster reform, which may lead to conflict. That's human nature.
At any rate, my spree of posting stops here. 1,000th post. Now it'll be regular posting.
