as far as i know, the licence for any monster higher then lv20 can go up to 'destroyer' which gives 40% dmg and 1% crit. grave robber for example are lv21 mobs
Baby werebear (lv36) still maxes at +1% crit tho
Ghost (lv37) can go up to 50% dmg and 2% crit (Slayer title)
Werebear (lv44) goes up to 60% dmg and 3% crit (Terminator)
Harkan (lv50): 70% dmg, 4% crit (Annihilator)
Archon Junior (lv60): 80% dmg, 5% crit (Conqueror)
imho, the best licences are for monsters.. :
you like
are easy to kill
enough of them there to keep killing non stop
drop nice materials
got to kill many for quests
dont have too bad effects (like poison is really bad if you cant cure it)
