Best Licenses?
My fighter is 29 now and I am sitting on my +4 ZK sword and wondering what Licenses to put on it. It seems to me that the best set for the lower level is as follows:
15: Mara Pirate Elites, Speedy Boogies, Mara Pirate Mauraders 20: (early) Glow Wolves, Marlone Megatons, Gold Slimes 20: (late) Ice Vivi's, Spiders, Zombies(or maybe bats) So what is the best set early or late for the level 30 weapons? I have seen alot of people with Hob licenses and zombie licenses. /function |
It depends on what you're planning on using the sword for. If you are going to solo grind much, then put the relevant license(s) on for faster kills. Otherwise, Ice ViVi licenses can give +1% crit to the weapon and it is the fastest to kill amongst your other options =/
Personally I think the lv 30-40 range passes rather quickly that spending time grinding up any license is a waste of time. With the exception of +9 lv 30 weapons, in which case put on... an Orc License would be a good idea :D |
I got the +1 crit% from a Glow Wolf Lic. I guess there a handful for each level that give said bonus.
Not to hijack the thread or anything but can the bonus crit% be stacked by different lic? Like my glow wolf lic stacking 1% crit with a ice vivi lic 1% crit for +2% crit? |

My friend complained a lot as a fighter killing Ice Vivi, coz fighters have low magic defence, and not to mention the annoying speed decrease debuff...
I think zombie is a good license, as there's quite a lot of them in MT (they appear in various areas)... my old lvl 30 hammer had a complete flying staff license too, but i could imagine that might get a bit hectic as flying staff is always with a masic staff... u probably wont want to put on a license of a mob thats already green to you, coz u cant lvl a license from a gray mob... and if u level in the process (which is quite likely as it takes like 600 kills) and they turn gray.. it'll be a waste of time... |
as far as i know, the licence for any monster higher then lv20 can go up to 'destroyer' which gives 40% dmg and 1% crit. grave robber for example are lv21 mobs
Baby werebear (lv36) still maxes at +1% crit tho Ghost (lv37) can go up to 50% dmg and 2% crit (Slayer title) Werebear (lv44) goes up to 60% dmg and 3% crit (Terminator) Harkan (lv50): 70% dmg, 4% crit (Annihilator) Archon Junior (lv60): 80% dmg, 5% crit (Conqueror) imho, the best licences are for monsters.. : you like are easy to kill enough of them there to keep killing non stop drop nice materials got to kill many for quests dont have too bad effects (like poison is really bad if you cant cure it) |
