Trip vs. Bash

I just reached level 40 yesterday and I bought the trip skill... Should I put the same points on this as I do (or planning to do) on my bash? (5 on Power, Cooldown, and SP Consumption)
***Sorry I should've put this under Cleric discussion...is it possible to move?

Dun put any on sp cuz it's low cost and has almost triple the cd of bash... I recommend full str and cd cuz that's watt I did... Happy to see another lev 40 come to the side of the hammers...

for cleric if u going pvp (50 dex rest str, late game 25 spr if going for max crit), u only want power/cooldown on bash (bash gets 2 empowering sets, might set and glory set) and trip, and power/cooldown on heal/invincible (if u pvp rejuv isnt nessecary)

support requires: (usually 50 dex rest end)
heal - power/cooldown
rejuvenate - power/cooldown
revive- cooldown
invincible - cooldown
quicken - cooldown
invigorate- cooldown

post prestige:

Holy Knight:
deadly blessing - cooldown/duration

Guardian:
rebirth - cooldown

Don't ever use empowering points on SP consumption its just a waste.
