lol not to mention those ones running in circles around you asking for a buff or those who just never get down of their hobby horse/mount and move here and there making it harder to target them.
whenever i am going to ask for a buff i always get down of my mount and ask "May i have a buff please?" and whenever i get buffed i always say "thank you very much ^^" many clerics have said "no, thanks to you for being so polite i'd buff you anytime =)" it is not about being mean when you dont buff people, some of them just dont understand that you should respect those ones who can help you. I'd never buff one of those "BUFF PL0X!!!!1!!one!!1!!" XD
