There's only one server, USA East.

And yes, it's called Red Cliff or Chi'bi and was published by Cubizone. Game doesn't have all the weapons available yet but still playable. No grind, purely quest based. PK without penalty at Lv40+ if you kill enemy nations which I think is a plus.

A lot of the main content is when you hit 60+ with wars and mounted combat and such.

Yes, there's a movie since this game is based on the romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Ya I remember playing it back when you could only play PW through the malaysian version on cubi xD

Sounds cool, specially the PvP aspects of the game+ mounted combat that sounds sick!

Not sure if the mounted combat is available yet... it's at Lv70 and no one has gotten there yet. But would definitely be a worthwhile feature.

I can't wait for a full scale nation vs nation war once more people reach those levels. >D

Hmm, I don't know if I've ever heard it used in that manner. Potency is a measure of strength.

Princeton's Wordnet defines it as follows:

# having great influence
# having or wielding force or authority; "providing the ground soldier with increasingly potent weapons"
# having a strong physiological or chemical effect; "a potent toxin"; "potent liquor"; "a potent cup of tea", "a stiff drink"
# (of a male) capable of copulation

And wiki also gives:

In the field of pharmacology, potency is a measure of drug activity expressed in terms of the amount required to produce an effect of given intensity.
