To get better clarification on the term 'omnipotent'.. well, according to dictionary.com:

having very great or unlimited authority or power.

So unless you wanna go completely ape shit crazy with these theories and bend logic completely, I'd say you can't have a rock that weighs... infinity pounds, right? but if the being has unlimited power, they could lift the rock thats as close to infinity as possible.. I guess @_@
