Legals and Humans [Round 20]

Lol, I forgot about mind drain to until I bought it up in the mechanics thread. I don't think you can mind drain though, you have to have at least on legal left and 6+humans. Unless blahs decides to make it different or whatever. I forgot what the exact requirements were before.

Previous rounds were 5 humans and 1 legal, so mind drain can't be in effect since we have 2 legals. Even if it were 6 players and 1 legal, we couldn't get it yet.
