You just put @ and start typing the person's name. It has to be the name they use on facebook though. Usually by the 3rd letter(If not 1st) they pop up among other people and you just click their name.
Like when you put the @ sign in your status bar or whatever you want to call it.. a pop-down menu appears that says like "Type the name of someone or something" xD
