Ksers suck - especially the ones that CAN talk but choose to be retards. However, you can't report them for ksing since its not a bannable/punishable offense.  But if they do keep coming after JUST you and won't stop leaving you alone, it can be considered harassment. :B
And Mage's idea about KSing being a bannable offense wouldn't work with this game. If it had any chance of becoming something like that, they'd have an anti-KS system like FlyFF does, but they don't. Plus its nice if you're running for your life and a stranger decides to save you.
