Well, my third account is not just for vending. As I mentioned in an earlier post, the account is also used for when someone else in my house of 6 wants to play. So, althouth I do use it for vending, that is not the sole purpose of the account. It has 4 characters on it, all at various levels, depending on how much other people play there characters. So I should be good.

Hmmm.... good point. But, they said one person cannot have mutiple accounts, not multiple people having one account. But, it still goes back to it would be a hard issue to prove. If my four kids all have one character on one account, how could that be bannable or proved. I think they should be more concerned about getting rid of the spammers, bots, and macros user, than whether or not people putting money into the cash shop have more than one account, as long as they are not running those multiple accounts on the same computer at the same time.

Yeah... as the mods said before, this is to clarify that, even though they may not be able to prove it, it's still bannable. This is to stop people posting methods on how to do dual accounts on 1 computer.

And this is like any other rule/law/regulation... if you drink drive, but you didnt get caught, you're still free of trouble. But if they do catch you, in one way or another, you've broken the law and they can arrest you.

So I reckon if they do happen to find people abusing this rule, the GMs have all the right to ban them.

True, but rules are still rules. GM_Steam states no 1 person can have more than 1 account and no 1 account can have more than 1 person. It's so easy to get an account, really.

I'm sorry guys, that portion has been in there even before the Terms of Service were revised to be more expansive and specific.

I'm sorry guys, that portion has been in there even before the Terms of Service were revised to be more expansive and specific.

I haven't been banned yet. I am just trying to figure out what is the right thing to do so that I will not be banned. I would be ever-so sad if I could not play Fiesta. I want to do the right thing, because I am not one for breaking rules. I don't see why my kids cannot share an account, but if it is against the rules for more than one person to play an account, then I need to create them seperate accounts.
And I do not even know what a server emulator is, eek.
So basically, from what I have gathered, my kids cannot share an account. They should all have their seperate accounts.
