Comes with windows 7, probably should upgrade the gfx card though xD maybe hard drive space to just cause 500g or 750 is only like 20 bucks more.

2GB is enough for CAD on XP, so it's enough for games on XP. 4GB will become the norm shortly.

If you plan on upgrading to Vista/7, then you will need 4GB.

Having 2GB of RAM in your graphics card is kinda pointless at the moment only if you really plan to run numerous high detailed games at once. 1GB is more than enough and if you ever find that you may go over that you can enable shared memory so your computers ram is shared with your card but I would only use this option if your computer has a good amount of RAM in it.
