There's 3, maybe 4 spells you're really going to use. Most of the difficulties in the class come from not taking a little time to learn the few quirks and tricks. Just try to take damage done to your party personally and pay a bit of attention to surroundings

I don't think Cleric is easy to play if you're a full support in a busy party though xD I reckon mages/archers would be pretty easy, since I just spam skills on my mage and not pay attention to anyone else's health other than mine's haha.
