Vitamin B12
Anyone know much about Vitamin B12?
Apparently it's part of the vitamin that makes us more energetic / tired...
I reckon I'm lacking some of that... but most google website suggest to use supplements.. and I don't believe in supplements... xD
I wonder if there's certain food I should eat more of...

Yeah, it's pretty thick too. If a real sushi chef saw that he'd probably be horrified cause it's literally a big slab of fish on rice, lmao!
And those rolls were huge too. There is no way in hell you'd get it in one bite without the possibility of choking.
