Im talking about while setting up a vend, I used to be able to select plp while setting up a vend. I can no longer do that.

Yeah I was never able to do that. I've always had that buff problem where I can't buff people when I'm setting up a vendor.

I have always been able to buff while setting up a vendor - I will try tomorrow and see if I still can.

EDIT: OK, I've been on and cannot buff while I'm trying to vend - man, that sucks! Guess I'll have to take off my weapon so people aren't asking while I'm setting up now.
