Best Build? PvE

Haven't played an archer at all to be honest but Ive been doing my research been paying very close attention to the archer sub forum on OS.

I debated myself weither to go Full DEX or Full STR at first I was going to go Full DEX but decided going full STR since I'm probably going to spend alot of time with my ingame partner also going to need the full STR build from Lv 91 onwards.

Full Dex plus an Evasion and Speed and Def scroll very very helpful for soloing in Abyss to recieve less damage and anything else solo (Many Full DEX archers take advantage of this by solo kiting the big room in the Lv 50 abyss) But when you have a cleric with you the DEX is not needed providing the cleric knows when to time the heals.

My guild master was a full END archer she completely regretted adding any END into her archer build (Some people may know her she is a Lv 100 Ranger on Teva) yeah no shield for archer = no block rate effectively having END/DEX equipment and having +'ed gear provides the same end result.

Oh ok you forfeit a lot of dmg by not going STR built... I guess it's a trade off between dealing dmg and receiving dmg....

I need to restone every half an hr when I solo an abyss room, but it worked out well for me coz that's also when my inventory gets too full...

I've always wanted to make a full SPR archer. *_*

Especially since Archer spells take so much SP and how fast you can cast them.

Would love to test out Full Dex, Str, and SPR.

Well Andro hit the nail on the head. Although I think any archer build needs 25spr. For pve solo 25Spr/Rest dex, for party/pvp 25spr/Rest str, and for a jack of all trades 25spr 50dex rest Str.

You can go crazy and do full spr, but thats a major risk. I might try it though when I get more stat points and with pots, scrolls,wep,boots,earring, andcrit suit I can get 100% crit.

I think 75%crit is the max now. But that really is like a crit every hit lolol.

wow thats alot of info to take in but also very useful xD

but i'm gonna be soloing for a while and maybe when i party i might just be kiting so idk if the SPR/STR still applies =\
